AA Amir AlikhanzadehProduct lab

Founder-operator · Product leader · AI-native builder

A live product lab for things I’m building, testing, and turning into real products.

Operator note

What sits behind the builds.

I’m Amir Alikhanzadeh, a founder-operator and product leader based in Toronto. I’ve spent 10+ years building growth, activation, marketplace, creator, and consumer products, from co-founding MadLipz and scaling it to 45M+ users, to leading product growth work at CookUnity and Sorare. My default mode is taking messy behavior, high-friction funnels, or half-formed product ideas and turning them into something people can understand, use, and come back to.

The things I love most tend to show up in the products I build: football, food, laughter, space, and technology. Football taught me obsession and systems. Food taught me that daily rituals matter. Laughter built MadLipz. Space keeps the ambition calibrated somewhere between practical and ridiculous. Technology is the part that lets me turn all of that into working products instead of just long voice notes.
